JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of Five Hundred and Seventy Five Pounds (£575) being payment for 50 hours in the last week of employment of the claimant.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of One Thousand, One Hundred and Fifty Pounds (£1,150) being two week’s pay.[3]The claim of unfair dismissal cannot proceed as the claimant does not have qualifying service.
