JUDGMENT

No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £197.04, being 24 hours @ £8.21 per hour for 4 hours work per day over 6 days between 16 and 21 March 2020.[2]Further, the respondent has made another unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is also ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £34.88, being 4 hours @ £8.72 per hour for 7 April 2020.[3]Accordingly, the respondent is ordered to pay the total sum of £231.92 to the claimant.[4]The claimant has insufficient qualifying service to claim for a redundancy payment, having been employed by the respondent for less than two years, and so that part of her claim is dismissed by the Tribunal.
