The judgment of the Tribunal is:-(1) that the claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent in terms of s98 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, and(2) that the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant a monetary award in the sum of three hundred and forty-four pounds and eighty pence (£344.80)REASONS
