The judgment of the Employment Tribunal, of consent, in case number 4118370/2018, is that: 1 . The first respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1 ,350 (representing 5 weeks’ pay for 45 hour weeks paid at £6 an hour).[2]The second respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,365 (representing 6.5 weeks’ pay for 35 hour weeks paid at £6 an hour).
