JUDGMENT

20 1. The claimant's complaints of unfair dismissal, breach of contract (in respect of notice pay), unlawful deduction from wages and in respect of unpaid annual leave and a statutory redundancy payment are all upheld against Crawford Flooring (Hamilton) Limited (the 'first respondent') and dismissed against Crawford Flooring Limited (the 'second respondent'); and 25 2. The total sum of £40,629.49 is awarded to the claimant in compensation for the above claims conform to a schedule of loss and supporting documents provided, which the first respondent is ordered to pay, made up as follows:a. £34,349.49 in respect of unlawfully deducted wages;b. £2,800.00 in respect of unpaid accrued annual leave; 30c. £1,740.00 in respect of breach of contract (entitlement to notice); andd. £1,740.00 by way of a statutory redundancy payment.
