JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Employment Tribunal, issued orally with reasons, is that:[1]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY SIX POUNDS (£8,756) in respect of unfair dismissal; and[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND SIXTY SEVEN POUNDS AND TWENTY PENCE (£1,467.20) in respect of holiday pay. The Employment Tribunals (Recoupment of Benefits) Regulations 1996 apply to this award. The prescribed element is SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND ETZ4(WR) SIXTY POUNDS (£6,160) and relates to the period from 29 January 2020 to 25 January 2021.
