Benjamin Browne, Elizabeth Mackay and Catherine Williams were appointed administrators of the respondent on 20 October 2017. The Administrators have confirmed to the Tribunal by letter 15 dated 21 March 2018 that they do not object to the claim continuing and do not intend to defend it.
