JUDGMENT
The Employment Tribunal, in accordance with the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, Schedule 1 issues the following Judgment: The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the following sums namely:(a) redundancy payment amounting to Seven Hundred and Seven Pounds and Forty-Six Pence (£707.46);(b) notice pay amounting to Seven Hundred and Seven Pounds and Forty-Six Pence (£707.46);(c) compensation for unlawful deduction of wages amounting to Six Thousand and Twenty-Eight Pounds and Eighty-Nine Pence (£6,028.89); and(d) compensation for the Respondent’s failure to provide a Written Statement of Employment Particulars amounting to One Hundred and Seventeen Pounds and Ninety-One Pence (£117.91);REASONS
The Tribunal provided oral reasons at the conclusion of the Hearing.
