[1]The respondent company has been dissolved. The claimant has not applied to have the company restored to the Register of Companies.[2]On 03 September 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to give written reasons by 17 September 2024 why the claim should not be struck out as it had not been actively pursued.
