No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £512 (net).[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,536.[3]The respondent failed to provide pay statements setting out deductions; and the respondent is ordered to pay £1,664 (the maximum awards being for 13 weeks prior to termination of employment).[4]The Employment Tribunal does not have jurisdiction in respect of non payment of statutory sick pay, which claim is dismissed.[5]The hearing listed for 4 September 2019 is cancelled.
