No response has been presented to this claim by the second or third respondent and the first respondent has stated that no part of the claim is contested. An Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £3,115.20.[2]The complaints in respect of notice pay and holiday pay, having been lodged out of time, and there being no evidence to show why it was not reasonably practicable to lodge them in time, are dismissed
