JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is:(i) the claimant brought her claims of unfair dismissal and disability discrimination outwith the applicable time limits; and(ii) the tribunal is satisfied that it was reasonably practicable for the claimant to have presented the claim of unfair dismissal in time; and(iii) the tribunal does not consider it just and equitable to extend the time limit in the discrimination claim. The tribunal does not, accordingly, have jurisdiction to consider the claims and they are dismissed. E.T. Z4 (WR)REASONS
