JUDGMENT
[1]The first claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £4,080 (Four Thousand and Eighty Pounds).[2]The respondent breached the first claimant’s contract of employment by failing to give notice of termination. The respondent is ordered to pay to the first claimant the gross sum of £3,600 (Three Thousand, Six Hundred Pounds) in compensation.[3]The respondent failed to pay the first claimant holiday pay to which he was entitled on termination of his employment. The respondent is ordered to pay to the first claimant the gross sum of £1,560 (One Thousand, Five Hundred and Sixty Pounds) in respect thereof.[4]The second claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £110 (One Hundred and Ten Pounds).[5]The respondent breached the second claimant’s contract of employment by failing to give notice of termination. The respondent is ordered to pay to the second claimant the gross sum of £220 (Two Hundred and Twenty Pounds) in compensation.[6]The respondent failed to pay the second claimant holiday pay to which he was entitled on termination of his employment. The respondent is ordered to pay to the second claimant the gross sum of £616 (Six Hundred and Six Pounds) in respect thereof.
