JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is(i) the second respondent shall pay to the claimant wages in the sum of One Thousand, Five Hundred and Seventy Pounds Ninety Six Pence (£1,570.96) (£332.20 plus £1,238.76);(ii) the second respondent shall pay to the claimant holiday pay in the sum of Three Hundred and Thirty Nine Pounds, Thirty Pence (£339.30);(iii) the Second Respondent shall pay to the claimant notice pay in the sum of Three Hundred and Twelve Pounds (£312) and work related expenses in the sum of One Hundred and Forty Five Pounds (£145) E.T. Z4 (WR)(iv) the Second Respondent has failed to issue the claimant with itemised pay statements for the months of September, October and November 2018 &(v) the First Respondent shall be dismissed from the proceedings.
