The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows.(1) By consent, the claimant is entitled to £218.33 (gross) in respect of accrued but untaken annual leave.(2) The claimant is awarded £156 (calculated at 4 hours at £39 per hour) as preparation time under rules 75, 76 and 79 of the ET Rules of Procedure because the respondent’s continued defence of the proceedings was unreasonable.
