No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of Seven Hundred and Forty Four Pounds (£744) (3 weeks’ pay at £248).[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of One Thousand Four Hundred and Eighty Eight Pounds (£1,488) (6 weeks’ pay at £248).[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of Two Thousand, One Hundred and Twelve Pounds (£2,112) (264 hours at £8 per hour).
