The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from pay in respect of van repairs (£1232), parking penalties (£80), Parking fees (£130), hours worked at Curry’s (£174), Travel time (£115), under payment on diesel (£20.5), under payment on hours worked over 4 years (£3,456) (save for the hours allegedly worked on 5,7 and 13 November 2022) and Christmas eve shift (£95) are dismissed; that the claims for unlawful deductions in respect of tools and GPS (£500) and the hours allegedly worked on 5, 7 and 13 November 2022 should be dealt with at a continued hearing by CVP on 22 September 2023 at 10 a.m..REASONS
