No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £984 (£624 for the period of 5 - 11 December 2022 and £360 for the period of 20- 26 March 2023).[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £781.20 (65.1 hours at £12 per hour)[3]The hearing listed on 20 June 2023 is cancelled.
