No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1553 (£728 for the period of 5 - 11 December 2022 and £825 for the period of 20- 26 March 2023).[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1300.50 (86.7 hours at £15 per hour)[3]The hearing listed on 20 June 2023 is cancelled.
