No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £9,493.[2]The respondent failed to furnish the claimant with a written statement of particulars of employment as required by Section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. In consequence of the claimant succeeding in a claim of a kind mentioned in Schedule 5 of the Employment Act 2002, and the respondent having failed to issue written particulars, the Tribunal awards the claimant four weeks’ pay, that is £873.60.
