JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows.(1) The claims for sex discrimination were presented outside the period specified by section 123(1)(a) of the Equality Act 2010 and were not presented within a further period which would be just and equitable, so as to fall within section 123(1)(b) of the Equality Act 2010.(2) Those claims are therefore dismissed because the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear them.(3) The unfair dismissal claim will proceed to a final hearing.
