JUDGMENT
It is the judgment of the Employment Tribunal:(i) to dismiss all claims against Ben Chambers as an individual;(ii) to order the respondents to make payment to the (First) Claimant of the sum of TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED POUNDS (£2800) gross as unpaid wages;(iii) to order the respondents to make payment to the (Second) Claimant of the sum of TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED POUNDS (£2800) gross as unpaid wages;(iv) to order the respondents to make payment to the (First) Claimant of the sum of ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY POUNDS (£1,360) as notice pay; ETZ4(WR)(v) to order the respondents to make payment to the (Second) Claimant of the sum of ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY POUNDS (£1,360) as notice pay;(vi) to order the respondents to make payment to the (First) Claimant of the sum of FIVE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY FOUR POUNDS (£584) gross as holiday pay;(vii) to order the respondents to make payment to the (Second) Claimant of the sum of FIVE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY FOUR POUNDS (£584) gross as holiday pay
