JUDGMENT

For the reasons given orally at the hearing on 14 June 2019, the claimant’s application to the Employment Tribunal succeeds and the Tribunal orders that the respondent shall pay the following sums to the claimant namely:-[1]Unlawful deductions from the claimant’s final wage of 18 hours amounting to One Hundred and Sixty Two pounds (£162).[2]Unlawful deductions amounting to Three Hundred and Twenty-Four Pounds (£324) in relation to contracted hours (9 hours per week x 4 weeks x £9);[3]Payment in lieu of notice of Seven Hundred and Two Pounds (£702) (39 x 2 x £9); E.T.
