JUDGMENT
The Employment Tribunal, in accordance with Rule 64 of the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, Schedule 1 issues the following Judgment of consent of parties:[1]the respondent shall pay to Mrs Patricia McConnell the following sums namely:(a) a redundancy amounting to Three Thousand, Six Hundred and Twenty- One Pounds and Six Pence (£3,621.06);(b) damages for wrongful dismissal amounting to One Thousand, Eight Hundred Pounds (£1,800.00);(c) compensation for unlawful deduction of wages and holiday pay amounting to Five Thousand, Five Hundred and Sixty-One Pounds and Fifty-Five Pence (£5,561.55) E.T.
