Unauthorised Deductions from Wages The claimant claims the following unauthorised deductions from his pay: Short pay from first pay slip: £305.62 Wages: £923.08 Overtime unpaid £54.20 (Less) already paid £1,282.90 Amount deducted £ 122.76 £1,160.14 Notice Pay The claimant was entitled to on week’s notice which was not given. He is therefore due £461.00, being payment in lieu of notice.
