No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under Rule 21:[1]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant`s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,189.44 as calculated by claimant based on hourly rate of £7.20 multiplied by 29.5 hours per week to give weekly amount of £212.40 which multiplied by 5.6 weeks is £1,189.44. Any tax and national insurance contributions due by the claimant are a matter for the claimant to refer to HMRC.[2]The hearing listed on 18 October 2017 is cancelled.
