REASONS

[2]This case called for Hearing at Glasgow on 19 April 2018. When the case called for Hearing it was identified that there was a reasonable amount of agreement between the parties. E.T. Z4 (WR)[3]Discussion took place as to which elements were agreed, which elements were in dispute and what the nature of the dispute was. That led to further potential for agreement in relation to all matters in the case.[4]The Hearing adjourned to allow parties to consider their positions. On resumption of the Hearing, parties confirmed that they had been able to reach agreement. That agreement is that the respondents will pay to the claimant the sum of £1,500 in settlement of all claims brought in this case. The payment will be made by two instalments. The first instalment of no less than £750 is to be paid by 30 April 2018. The second instalment of such amount as brings the total paid by the respondents to £1,500 is to be paid no later than 31 May 2018.[5]It was confirmed that Judgment would be issued reflecting this agreement. Both parties were content that this occurred.
