No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from wages and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £770 in this respect.[2]The claimant is entitled to payment for accrued but untaken annual leave and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £720 in this respect.[3]The respondent is in breach of contract by failing to give notice or pay in lieu thereof and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £350 as damages.[4]The respondent is in breach of contract by failing to pay expenses and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £90 in this respect.[5]The respondent has in breach of contract in retaining a deposit paid by the claimant and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £500 in this respect.
