JUDGMENT

The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the respondent, Charles Aitken, 25 trading as Worldwide Transport Solutions, is ordered to pay to the claimant accrued holiday pay in the sum of Sixty Nine Pounds and Seventy Eight Pence (£69.78) pursuant to the Working Time Regulations 1998 and also to make payment of wages due to the claimant in the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Eight Pounds and Seventy Eight Pence (£258.78). E.T. Z4 (WR) This amounts to an unlawful deduction pursuant to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.
