JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows.(1) By the end of the claimant’s employment on 31 January 2022 his employer was the Third Respondent, following a transfer from the Second Respondent on or about 1 December 2021 to which the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 applied.(2) The claimant was entitled to a payment in respect of accrued but untaken entitlement to paid annual leave upon the termination of his employment on 31 January 2022. None was paid. The Third Respondent is therefore ordered to pay the sum of £1,257.65 (gross) to the claimant.(3) Oral reasons were given at the end of the hearing. There was no request for written reasons.
