No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent.[2]The respondent was in breach of contract by failing to give notice or pay in lieu thereof. The remedy to which the claimant is entitled will be considered at a hearing to be fixed by telephone conference call. The claimant must ensure that copies of any documents to which he will refer at that hearing are provided to the Tribunal at least 7 days before the hearing. This can be in paper or electronic form but must be combined into one file with pages numbered consecutively for ease of reference.
