JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Tribunal, for the reasons given orally at the preliminary hearing, is that: -[1]the application by the respondent for an extension of time for presenting the ET3 Response Form is granted;[2]the requirement for the respondent to comply timeously with the date for submitting the ET3 Response Form is waived, in terms of Rule 6 in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013; and E.T. Z4 (WR)[3]the ET3 Response Form, which was presented to the Tribunal office on 21 July 2020, is accepted and the claim will now proceed on a defended basis.
