No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from wages and the respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £1846.15 to the claimant in this respect.[2]The claimant is entitled to payment for accrued but untaken annual leave and the respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £657.68 to the claimant in this respect.[3]The hearing listed for 17 July 2020 is cancelled.
