No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from wages and the respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £5472 to the claimant in this respect.[2]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £3937 in this respect.[3]The respondent is in breach of contract in failing to give notice or pay in lieu thereof and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £2625 as damages[4]The hearing listed for 26 June 2020 is cancelled.
