Employment Judge Walker has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21: The Employment Tribunal declares that the respondent has failed to comply with its obligations under section 188 and 188A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 and makes a protective award under section 189 of that Act in favour of the claimant for a period of 90 days starting on the 27 February 2020. The remaining complaints having been withdrawn by the claimant are dismissed under rule 52.
