[1]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the claim for unfair dismissal under s.111 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. The claim is therefore dismissed. E.T. Z4 (WR)[2]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the claim for unpaid notice pay either in respect of a claim for unauthorised deduction from wages under s.23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 or as a claim for breach of contract under Art 7 Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (Scotland) Order 1994. The claim is therefore dismissed.
