No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from wages and the respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £1230.77 to the claimant in this respect.[2]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment for accrued but untaken annual leave and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £69.23 in this respect.[3]The respondent is in breach of contract by failing to give notice and the claimant is entitled to £923.08 as damages.[4]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £346.16 in this respect.
