JUDGMENT
No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant has been unfairly dismissed and the respondent is ordered to pay to the clamant £31257 by way of compensation - basic award of £1782 and compensatory award of £21263. The compensatory award is made up of £20592 in respect of loss of earnings, £171 in respect of loss of pension and £500 in respect of loss of statutory rights.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorized deduction from wages and is ordered to pay £6336 to the claimant in this respect.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £792 in respect of accrued but untaken annual leave.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £1084 as damages for breach of contract in respect of notice pay.
