No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorized deduction from wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £660 in this respect;[2]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £3412.50 in this respect;[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £2640 as damages for breach of contract in respect of failure to give notice or payment in lieu;[4]The claimant is entitled to payment for accrued but untaken holiday pay and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £880 in this respect;[5]The claimant was unfairly dismissed and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £350 as compensation (compensatory award only).[6]The hearing listed for 10 July 2020 is cancelled.
