JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent shall pay to the claimant a redundancy payment of £3,140.50 (£571 x 5.5 weeks).[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant notice pay of £9,306.96 (£775.58 x 12 weeks).[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant outstanding holiday pay of £2,481.92 (£155,12 x 16 days).[4]The respondent shall pay to the claimant outstanding wages of £930.69 (£155.12 x 6 days).[5]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent and the respondent shall pay to the claimant(i) compensation of £9,966.56 for loss of wages and(ii) £500 for loss of statutory rights.
