No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the net sum of £3,776.40 (12 weeks x £314.70 net weekly pay).[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of the gross sum of £7,532.20 (20 weeks x £376.61 gross weekly pay).[3]The hearing listed on 18 May 2023 is cancelled
