JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent shall pay to the claimant a redundancy payment of £2,855 (£571 x 5 weeks).[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant, notice pay of £3,091.85 (£618.37 x 5 weeks).[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant outstanding holiday pay of £494.68 (£123.67 x 4 days).[4]The respondent shall pay the claimant outstanding wages of £742.02 (£123.67 x 6 days).[5]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent and the respondent. shall pay to the claimant(i) (I) compensation of £742.02 as loss of wages and(ii) £500 for loss of statutory rights.
