The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows:• the claimant’s case of unfair dismissal is dismissed as the claimant does not have sufficient service with the respondent in order to bring this claim under Section 108 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.• The claimant’s case for unpaid annual leave is successful and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £1,044.64 subject to tax and national insurance representing 19.5 days accrued but untaken annual leave.• The claimant’s case for notice pay is successful and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £1,500 subject to tax and national insurance (£1,377 net) representing 4 weeks’ notice pay. An oral judgment with reasons was delivered at the hearing on 7 August 2023. Full written reasons shall not be provided unless either party makes an application in writing within 14 days.
