JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent shall pay to the claimant a redundancy payment of £3,144.24 (£524.04 x 6 weeks).[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant notice pay of £2,270.83 (£524.04 x 4 weeks).[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant outstanding wages of £628.86, (£104.81 x 6 days).[4]The respondent shall also pay to the claimant outstanding holiday pay of £314.43 (£104.81 x 3 days).[5]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent and the respondent shall pay to the claimant(i) compensation of £628.86 for loss of wages and(ii) £500 for loss of statutory rights.
