JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is;(1) The respondent shall pay to the claimant a redundancy payment of £1,269.24 (£423.08 x 3 weeks).(2) The respondent shall pay to the claimant contractual notice pay of £1,833 (£1,833 x 1 month).(3) The respondent shall pay to the claimant outstanding holiday pay of £1,294,69 (£84.62 x 15.3 days).(4) The claimant is entitled to outstanding statutory maternity pay of £185.94 (£30.99 x 6 days).(5) The complaint of unfair dismissal is dismissed having been withdrawn by the claimant.
