JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that;(1) The respondent shall pay to the claimant a redundancy payment of £2,589.12 (£431.52 x 6 weeks).(2) The respondent shall pay to the claimant notice pay of £1,726.08 (£431.52 x 4 weeks).(3) The respondent shall pay to the claimant outstanding holiday pay of £457.39 (£86.30 x 5.3 days).(4) The respondent shall pay to the claimant outstanding wages of £517.82 (£86.30 x 6 days).(5) The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent and the respondent shall pay to the claimant (i) £517.82 for loss of wages and (ii) £500 for loss of statutory rights.
