JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that;(1) The respondent shall pay to the claimant a redundancy payment of £3,678.74 (£565.96 x 6.5 weeks).(2) The respondent shall pay the claimant notice pay of £2,829.80 (£565.96 x 5 weeks).(3) The respondent shall pay to the claimant outstanding wages of £679.15 which (£113.19 x 6 days).(4) The respondent shall pay to the claimant outstanding holiday pay of £373.53 (£113.19 x 3.3 days).(5) The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent and the respondent shall pay to the claimant (i) compensation of £679.15 for loss of wages and (Ii) £500 for loss of statutory rights.
