JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that;(1) The respondent shall pay to the claimant a redundancy payment of £3,426 (£571 x 6 weeks).(2) The respondent shall pay to the claimant outstanding wages of £1,207.38 (£201.23 x 6 days).(3) The respondent shall pay to the claimant contractual notice pay of £13,080 (£4,360 x 3 months).(4) The respondent shall pay to the claimant outstanding holiday pay of £664.06 (£201.23 x 3.3 days).(5) The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent and the respondent shall pay to the claimant (i) compensation of £949.71 for loss of wages and (ii) £500 for loss of statutory rights.
