JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that:(1) The respondent shall pay to the claimant a redundancy payment of £3,711.50 (£571 x 6.5 weeks).(2) The respondent shall pay to the claimant outstanding holiday pay of £765.94 (£121.58 x 6.3 days).(3) The respondent shall pay to the claimant contractual notice pay of £6,667.56 (£2,222.52 x 3 months).(4) The respondent shall pay to the claimant outstanding wages of £729.48 (£121.58 x 6 days).(5) The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent and the respondent shall pay to the claimant (i) compensation for loss of earnings of £1,094.22 and (ii) compensation for loss of statutory rights of £500.
