[1]No response has been presented to this claim. On 26 May 2020 an Employment Judge issued a judgment under Rule 21 which dealt with certain of the claimant’s claims. With regard to the claim of unfair dismissal the judgment was that the claim succeeded and that the remedy would be determined following a further hearing.[2]Since the date of that judgement further additional material has been provided to the Tribunal. I have decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under Rule 21. 1. The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Eight Pounds (£9958) (£383 x 26) by way of a compensatory award in respect of the claimant’s E.T. Z4 (WR) claim of unfair dismissal. No basic award is made given that the claimant has already been awarded a redundancy payment of £5566.26.
